Voluntary Water Use Restrictions

Dear Residents,

The West Harris County Regional Water Authority (WHCRWA) has requested that all Municipal Utility Districts within its boundaries voluntarily reduce their water usage.

In the event of Mild Drought Conditions, we’re asking residents and other users to voluntarily reduce outdoor water usage as follows:

  • Even-numbered addresses use water outdoors on even numbered days.
  • Odd-numbered addresses use water outdoors on odd-numbered days.

Please limit this outdoor consumption to the hours of 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

While we have had small bouts of rain over the past few days, the overall drought continues to strain our water system and those other systems which help supply us. We ask that you help reduce this stress on our community’s water system by remaining mindful, especially during peak consumption periods (4 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.). Please ensure that your irrigation systems are leak free.

If you see a water leak anywhere in our subdivision please report it immediately by calling (832) 398-8211 or by writing in to MUDCustomerService@Inframark.com.

HC MUD 264 Annual Test of Customer Notification System

Harris County MUD 264, serving the residents of Westcreek Village, is conducting this test of the Customer Notification System.  There is no emergency in effect at this time.  This is the annual test of the System.  Every Westcreek Resident who has signed up for either Text or Email notifications should have received a notification message.  If you did not, please read on to learn what you need to do to receive notification messages in the future.

Our objective is to conduct a test once or twice a year.  Other than that, you should not hear from us unless there is a significant event in the Westcreek Village community that you need to be made aware of.  Let’s all hope that we never have that type of event . . . but we need to be prepared.

We highly encourage you to share the information below with your Westcreek Village friends and neighbors, in the event that they have not signed up for this notification service.  Our goal is to get everyone on Westcreek to sign up, so critical information can be shared quickly to all of our residents. To sign up for email alerts, please follow this link to visit the sign-up page: http://www.hcmud264.org/sign-up-for-district-alerts/

If you’d like to sign up to receive information from the district via text message, you can send a text message to the number (281) 868-5614 with the word MUD264 and you’ll be registered.

If you no longer reside in Westcreek and wish to remove yourself from the email notification system, you can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link below. To unsubscribe from the text alert system, reply STOP to the text alert notification.

The district respects your privacy. Your contact information will not be used for any purpose other than to communicate with you regarding critical information impacting district customers.
